I joined Linglestown Life staff as Nursery School Director in August, 1999.  I live in Swatara Township with my husband, Jeff and our rescued dog, Theo. We have two grown daughters, Marie and Sara. Jeff is a retired United Methodist clergy, serves as pastor at Harrisburg First UMC and teaches at Millersville University.

LLUMC: As Director, I minister to a staff of devoted Christian women, Nursery School children, their families and extended families.  The nursery school staff and church staff are involved in reaching out to our families in a variety of ministries that share the Gospel message.

Education: A.A. Hesston College, KS; B.S. Mansfield University, Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood; graduate student at Philadelphia Biblical University in Educational Leadership and Administration

Certificates: ACSI Director’s Certificate, ACSI Accreditation Team Valuator
 
Ministry:  I am a sister in the Order of St. Luke, a religious order dedicated to Liturgical and Sacramental scholarship, Education and Practice. I serve my church, Harrisburg First UMC, as a reader and Eucharistic minister.

Community: Master level Nationally Accredited Flower Show Judge; Garden Club of Harrisburg; Ecumenical Prayer Shawl Group at St. Catherine’s Church.
