Adult Music Ministry
Chancel Choir
Sings every week in our 8:45 Traditional Service. The Chancel Choir is open to all singers from high school age on up. We rehearse Wednesday evenings at 6:30. We sing anything from hymn arrangements to spirituals to contemporary anthems. The ensemble also collaborates with other groups like the Voice of Life worship team and Singin' Sprouts children's choir from time to time. Cantata Choir
Gathers together twice a year to present exciting, often dramatic, full-length seasonal productions. This ensemble is also open to people ages high school and up and only requires a short weekly time commitment for a couple months. We are always looking for new folks to join us for the fun, seasonal music and variety that these productions offer. Contact Matt for more information. Rehearsals are Wednesday at 7 PM, seasonally.
Voice of Life
Is an upbeat, all-out Worship Band that joyfully leads our 10:00 Contemporary Service each week. We perform current Christian hits, favorite worship choruses, and modern hymn renditions. If you have a passion for contemporary music and worship, contact Matt for more information on how to join. We are currently looking for an additional drummer and bass guitarist to round out our current rotation. We rehearse in the FLC on Thursdays at 6:30.
Bells of Life
Rings out our praise through the use of handbells in a variety of styles. We are glad to accept new talent; no experience necessary! Get in touch with Jeanne Chubb at jeano980@comcast.net or via phone at (717) 545-5200.
Special Music for Instrumentalists or Vocalists
Matt is always looking for talented musicians of all ages to help lead worship through special music. Please contact him if you have a solo or ensemble piece you'd like to share!
Children and Youth
Singin’ Sprouts
Is a music ministry for children ages kindergarten through fifth grade. Under the direction of Traci Fatula and Lisa Clarry, this choir performs on the first Sunday of each month, and practices each week on Sunday at 11 AM. The Singin’ Sprouts have a lot of fun giving glory to God through song!
Kidz Chimes Choir
Is available for children beginning in third grade. Under the direction of Brenda Pogue, this choir rehearses weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30 in the sanctuary.
Teen Bell Choir
Invites kids beginning in sixth grade to learn how to play the bells! Under the direction of Jeanne Chubb, the teen choir rehearses on Sundays at 11:00.
Chancel Choir
Is available for our older kids beginning in ninth grade. Under the direction of Matt Estep, this choir welcomes youth and adults who have a passion for praising God through song, a willingness to learn and an openness to go where God may lead.
